Innovative Care

It can be hard taking care of a disabled loved one and even harder to find someone trustworthy to look after them when you can’t. Being the constant caregiver of a mentally challenged or disabled loved one can be physically taxing and emotionally draining. Innovative Personal Care Center can help you by providing your loved one with the warm attention and tender care they need.

IPCC offers a variety of care services to allow you to find the one that is best suited to the needs of your loved one. Whether your situation may only require supervision for a respite of a day or two or your loved one may need more long term care Innovative Personal Care Center can provide the quality care they need.

Category 1 Care

In our first tier of services we seek to offer all the basic necessities that your loved one needs all in one place. The following is a list of the services that we offer at this tier.

• The protective care and watchful oversight of our trained caregivers
• Laundry
• Remind them to take their medication on schedule
• Provide 3 delicious and balanced meals and 2 snacks daily
• Supervision with the following actions: Bathing, Dressing and Grooming
• Referral for appropriate services
• In care center 24-hour lodging
• Recreational activities to avoid a sedentary lifestyle

Category 2 Care

In the second tier of care we offer services that target personal care.

• All services from Category 1
• Minimal assistance with the following actions: Bathing, Dressing and Grooming

Category 3 Care

In the second tier of care we offer services aimed at the most challenging of situations.

• Every service from Category 1 and Category 2
• Assistance with AM and PM care
• Toileting
• Moderate assistance with the following: Bathing, Dressing and Grooming
• Aiding with and cleaning up occasional incontinence

Admission Information

Because Innovative Personal Care Center puts the safety of those in our care first we would like to inform you of certain criteria which must be met prior to an individual being admitted to IPCC.

Admission Criteria

Residents of IPCC must submit a State of Georgia Personal Care Home Physician’s Report - including a TB screening dated no more than 30 days of admission.

Limitations

IPCC cannot accept or retain residents who require continuous medical care.
IPCC cannot provide skilled nursing services, medically complex procedures or the constant supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
