Because Innovative Personal Care Center puts the safety of those in our care first we would like to inform you of certain criteria which must be met prior to an individual being admitted to IPCC.
Residents of IPCC must submit a State of Georgia Personal Care Home Physician’s Report - including a TB screening dated no more than 30 days of admission.
IPCC cannot accept or retain residents who require continuous medical care.
IPCC cannot provide skilled nursing services, medically complex procedures or the constant supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
